This efficiency apartment is on a paved road in historic Druid Hills, near Meadowbrook Cabin (VRBO property #207266). Wireless Internet (WiFi), Cable, phone, more. Druid Hills is a very walkable neighborhood in Hendersonville, NC. The room is close to restaurants, shopping, the bus, groceries, car rental and Patton Park, Hendersonville's largest park. Send out for pizza, Chinese or Japanese. Everybody delivers to the apartment. The kitchenette includes a microwave and everything you need for microwave cooking and serving. There is a coffee maker, fridge & freezer, blender, dishes and silverware. There is no stove or sink in the kitchenette. There is a full sized washer and dryer and full bath. Think comfortable hotel room with everything you need. Not fancy, but not expensive, you will find the room comfortable and convenient. If you want something bigger, stay in our cabin. The apartment is comfortable and in a convenient location, close to everything, but very quiet. It has everything you need. It is in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by trees. The view out of the windows is very private.
There
are no steps at all. You can park right by the door and walk directly
into the apartment. We are right next door if you need anything.

Vacation Rental Features
The efficiency apartment is the entire side of our home
on 2012 Upper Ridgewood Blvd. Hendersonville NC.
The private entrance has no steps.
The view out of the windows is nothing but trees, woods and large rocks.
The house is private, but not isolated. There are houses across the street and down the street. But we are the only house on this side of the road. The other lots surrounding us are full of trees and the lots on the side by the apartment has huge rocks.
Very comfortable California King sized bed has reading lamps for both sides.
Cable TV and Wide screen 26" Hi-Def TV with built
in DVD player. We have a large collection of DVDs.
If you don't see one you want, just ask.
There is a wardrobe for hanging clothes and a dresser for folding clothes.
The kitchenette includes a microwave and everything you
need for microwave cooking and serving. There is a coffee maker, fridge
& freezer, blender, dishes and silverware. There is no sink or stove
in the kitchenette.
Just leave the dishes and I will run them through the dishwasher when
I clean up.
If you would like a hot plate and pans or an electric skillet, let me
know.
Or just send out for pizza, Chinese or Japanese. Everybody delivers to the apartment.
There is just a small table with seating for two. There is Wireless Internet.
There is a full size washer and dryer with all the supplies you need.
The bathroom is VERY clean and supplies are provided.

This is the view out the window over the kitchen area. The house is in town, but it none of the lots on either side of us are built on. So out this window are three lots with nothing but trees and large rocks.
The house is not isolated. There are houses across the street and down the street.
Actually, it is much prettier in the Summer, but I didn't get any photos last summer.
